Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be made if notice of cancellation is received by 12Jan2018. If notification is received after this date, 25% of the registration fee will be retained. There will be no refund if we are notified after 19Jan2018.

Every year for the past couple of years, it is brought to our attention that there continues to be multiple companies contacting our past attendees and exhibitors claiming to represent PAPTAC offering “assistance” with registration and hotel bookings.

Three such companies that continue to aggressively cold-call and spam are Exhibitor Housing Management, Exhibition Housing and Expo Housing.

To be clear, these companies, or others similar to them, are NOT IN ANY WAY AFFILIATED WITH PAPTAC and are not authorized to use our name or trademark in any solicitations. Please remain vigilant and do not share your personal or credit information with these scammers. Attendees and Exhibitors are responsible for their own hotel reservations, no third party (not even the hotel itself) is authorized to contact you directly, either by phone or email, in this regard. Hotel reservations may be made by calling The Queen Elizabeth Hotel directly or following the instructions and links on this page.

PAPTAC has reported these organizations to the proper channels, as we do every year, to stop their deceptive practices and apologizes for their annoying behavior.
